New car Dealer "extras" being pushed.

My local BMW dealer is heavily pushing some "extras" at me prior to taking a new delivery. I would value your opinion if they are worth spending any money on. The products are BMW's Seal and Protect system at £400+ and Metalmate Alloy wheel protective coating. They both seem expensive, but I have no idea if they will be a good investment. Your opinion would be most appreciated and valued. Many thanks.

Both the paint and the alloy wheels need protecting. But these sort of products are salesman's and dealers commisson earners and usually out of £400, £300 will be commission, so they are negotiable.
