If your DAB reception is poor there are some things you can try. You can perform a soft reset on the infotainment system by holding down the power button and seek forward buttons until the screen goes blank. You can also try unplugging any additional electronic devices you have in the vehicle such as dashcams or phone chargers which can interfere with the signal. Finally you can perform a master reset of the infotainment system by going into the menu and selecting settings - general - master reset. If this does not cure the issue there may be a physical issue with the unit, and would recommended having it inspected by an independent Ford or car audio specialist.
