When is the best time to negotiate a new deal on my PCP?

I have 18 months left on my existing PCP deal - when is the best time to negotiate a new deal?

Generally speaking the best time to look for a new deal is within the last six months of your agreement. At this point the remaining amount on your agreement will be closer to the value of the car and you will have a clearer idea of the car's used value. Also dealers are more likely to want to retain your business so this is a good time to look for a new deal.
