When should I check tyre pressures for a fully loaded car?

Cars usually have a sticker giving the required tyre pressures for driving with 'normal' and full loads. If you need to change the pressures to drive with a full load, should you do it before or after loading the car as the load may affect the measured reading? Seems a trivial question but I cannot find a straight yes / no answer anywhere.

If you need to adjust your tyre pressures we would advise doing so when the car is unloaded, as this would mean the pressures are set for the 'dead load' of the vehicle itself before further load is applied.
