What car do you suggest for a pensioner?
Can you suggest car for pensioner for £11,000. Used mainly around town but with round trips or 100 miles or so and 500 mile trip twice a year. Main driver 5ft, second driver usually in passenger seat. Easy access required for second driver/passenger due to problem with leg.

With this budget we would recommend something like the Honda Jazz. £11,000 would get you an example around five or six years old with low mileage. It's an ideal car for for short journeys and is easy to park because of its size, but it's more than capable of doing longer journeys, and its excellent interior space makes it easy to get in and out of. It also has an excellent reliability record. Alternatives include the Ford Fiesta and Volkswagen Polo, and while these are very capable rivals, the Jazz beats them in terms of practicality.

Unrivalled practicality and versatility. Plenty of room for four adults to travel in comfort. Surprisingly fun to drive, especially 1.5 i-VTEC Sport.
