Is there a new eqiuvalent of the MINI Countryman PHEV?

I currently drive a MINI Countryman PHEV. MINI no longer produces this model. Do you know if MINI has any plans to replace this model or what would be a suitable alternative? I particularly like the petrol engine driving the front wheels and the electric powering the rear.

MINI has no plans to produce a new Countryman PHEV that we're aware of - the range is likely to continue with the choice of either petrol or full EV. The best alternative would be a BMW X1, which is both similar in size/price and is also related to the Countryman, using many shared components and the same platform.
