Is there a small EV that can fit bikes on the roof?

Can you recommend a small, inexpensive EV (new or nearly new) that is definitely capable of carrying bikes on the roof? Range is not too important and we prefer simplicity and traditional controls over gratuitous tech.

The new Citroen e-C3 looks ideal except that its roof rails are apparently "decorative". For other models it is hard to find a definitive statement of whether they can carry roof loads or not. Would it be cynical to wonder if manufacturers are deliberately phasing out roof carrying on small cars, as part of a strategy to encourage upsizing to more profitable models?

It does look as though the roof rails are decorative, however Citroen does have an official accessory roof bars with a limit of 75kg for the 2024-on C3/e-C3 which instead bolt into mounting points on the roof itself. The Peugeot e-208 and Vauxhall Corsa e (which are very similar underneath) can also be fitted with roof bars.
