As this was a popular car you should be able to find brand-new, used or refurbished steering racks without too much trouble, although the cost will vary. We would suggest trying an independent Honda specialist who may be able to source the part, search for a Honda parts specialist or power steering specialists who may be able to refurbish your steering rack for you.
