High mileage Fiesta

I would like your opinion on my 2003 Mk6 Ford Fiesta 1.4 petrol. It has covered 174,000 miles and I duly changed the Cambelt at 100,000 but it is still successfully running on the original auxiliary (stretchy) belt and associated components. I often give the belt a quick dose of ‘belt conditioner. Is this good design, good maintenance or good luck?

I reckon it's time to change both belts. If the aux belt snaps and somehow tangles itself in the timing belt you loose your engine.
