What is a good towing car for a trailer?

I am looking to buy a car with a towbar, my daily travel is less than 10 miles back and forth to work what would you suggest I buy? I tow a 8x4 twin axle builder trailer once every month or so.

You can read our guide to our favourite cars for towing here - www.honestjohn.co.uk/guides/best-cars-for-towing-c.../ Although aimed at those towing caravans, this guide contains a range of vehicles that can tow anywhere between 1,500kg and 3,500kg, which should be more than enough to manage your trailer.
