Wrong wheel and tyre

I have just bought a 07 Renault Laguna, when I got home I noticed that one of the wheels {OE alloy} had been swaped for one that is corroded and has been kerbed in 3 places. The original was in pristine cond with the same tyre as the remaining three. The dealer a national franchise, say the wheel and tyre are legal, but this is not what I shook hands on and the wheel has been changed after signing and before delivery. I have a witness as to the original condition of the vehicle.

Demand your money back for the car or the wheel replaced with the correct, original wheel. If they refuse, get the cost of a replacement wheel and tyre and sue for it using the small claims track of the county court. Tell them that is what you propose to do. A small claims court judge is more likely to believe you than the dealer.
