Gearbox rattles

I bought a Suzuki Swift Sport on Sept 2010, and lately (May-June 2011) it has been developing gearbox rattles. I am not 100% sure but i think it might be bearings on the input shaft? The rattle tends to occur at low revs generally in gears 2,3 and 4 and especially when i have passengers on board. And incidentally my warranty from the dealer finished in Feb-March 2011. Could give some advice on the gearbox please.

Seems to be fairly common on this box (actually Toyota). You could try fully synthetic transmission oil or a transmission oil additive. They can often cary on running with noisy bearings for years.
