Should I be concerned about a car sourced by a dealer from auction?

I have just found out that the car I'm interested in buying was sold to Motorpoint via British car Auctions. What is your opinion about this?

Many independent dealers and networks - those not attached to a manufacturer via a franchise - will buy cars in great numbers from auction, as they have no new vehicles to sell and are likely to have only older stock coming as part exchange. Auction houses turn over a vast number of vehicles every year, so there is no particular reason to be concerned that the car has reached the dealer via auction.
