What's a good car for my dog-walking business?
I am looking at replacing a Vauxhall Zafira which is used in a dog walking business. Good things are boot size and the bench seat sliding back and forth which allows one dog at a time to exit under control from the rear passenger door. I do about 8k miles a year, all local with lots of stop/starts. My budget is up to £14k.
I would consider a small van as the side door would allow one dog at a time to exit - it has to be petrol or electric.

There's a 1.2-litre petrol version of the Citroen Berlingo that's ideal for your needs - it has 110bhp so isn't slow and is available as both a van and an MPV. It's not massively common but a quick search on a well-known classifieds website found us 20 examples currently for sale across the country and within your budget. And alternative that might work for you is the Skoda Yeti, which has a choice of petrol engines.
