Promises not delivered

My daughter bought a Focus Zetec 1.6 from a dealer in Oct 2010 with 62,000 miles for £4500.

We had written on the purchase agreement that the full service history which was quoted in the advert would be supplied.

After monthly reminder calls the dealer has now admitted he will not be able to supply it.

The car has been fine and is now on 69,000 miles but the problem will presumbaly arise when it is time to sell. What would you recomend is done to resolve the problem.

In that case the dealer has to take the car back and give you your money back after subtracting a reasonable amount for your use of it.
