Do disabled car drivers need an MoT?
My friend who is disabled say his car doesn’t need an MoT, is this correct?

You can see a list of vehicles that are MoT-exempt on the government's website here: www.gov.uk/government/publications/declaration-of-...t but if your friend drives a conventional car rather than an invalid carriage it will still require an annual MoT.
