The engine in my son's car is ruined, can he still sell the car?

My son’s car’s engine has packed up and is not repairable. Are there any reputable companies that buy cars like this as he cannot afford a new engine ?

The easiest option for your son would be to scrap the car if getting it repaired is out of the question. You can read our guide on how to do this here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/scrap-my-car/
