Can those rubber road strips measure your speed?

Can you advise me if 'Speed Tubes' actually accurately measure the speed of vehicles passing over them?

If you're thinking of the rubber strips that are fixed to the road, then these devices are actually used to measure the volume of traffic, not the speed. Although we would never condone speeding, these strips will not result in you getting a speeding fine.
