What are the speed limits for a Toyota 4x4 pickup?

Can you tell me the speed limits for a Toyota HL2 4x4 light utility goods vehicle category N1 less than 2040 in weight. It is all very ambiguous and the police do not seem to know.

If your Toyota is category N1 and is under 2040kg, the following speed limits apply: 30mph in built-up areas, 60mph on single carriageway roads where the national speed limit applies and 70mph on dual carriageway roads where the national speed limit applies and motorways, unless there is a posted limit which overrides this.
