Hire car top-up insurance

I have read in your column in Dail Telegraph that there is a website where one can buy top up insurance when hiring cars to avoid unnecessary expense if damage is caused. I am hiring from Hertz in South Africa later in the year and the price includes super CDW which does reduce my liability. Can you forward to me the details of the company which does the top up insurance please?
