What is the best small SUV self-charging hybrid a with 360-degree camera and that does 0-60mph in nine seconds or less?

There aren't many self-charging hybrid small SUVs with 360-degree cameras yet. The best we can think of are higher-end versions of the Lexus UX250H or the new Nissan Qashqai e-Power.
