DVLA has all the paperwork they need, why am I still waiting for my licence?

I made a mistake by noting a sleep problem on my online driving licence reapplication, finding after sending that the condition was so mild it did not need declaration. I mailed in my hospital diagnosis copy with explanation to DVLA medical section, quoting my case number. That was February. Nothing has happened since then despite checking that they have all the paperwork they need. Is this happening to everybody, stuff sitting untouched for six months? Is there any way of getting something done?

As you have checked that the DVLA have everything they need and still nothing has happened for months I would suggest making a formal complaint: www.gov.uk/government/organisations/driver-and-veh...e
