Can I use a manual replacement key to start my car?
Can you please tell me if a manual replacement key will be sufficient to start and drive my car in the event of my original key getting lost?

If the car has a set of keys, yes.
If the car has a keyfob then you may need another programmed keyfob to deactivate the alarm and immobiliser.
