Which mid-size SUVs have a head-up display?

It's becoming a fairly common feature now on high-end versions of new mid-size SUVs. For example, the latest Nissan Qashqai comes fitted with a head-up display from Tekna trim and above, while most Mazda CX-5s come with one as standard. Versions of the Honda CR-V, Kia Sportage, Ford Kuga and Volkswagen Tiguan can also be ordered with a head-up display.
