Got a parking ticket charge from Town and City Parking Ltd at an Asda car park

I got a parking charge notice from a private company called 'Town and City Parking Ltd' at an Asda pay and display car park. I parked for 23 minutes there. A parking charge of £60 now due.

A parking display board states that parking charges will be £1 for two hours and charges will be enforced in case of overstaying for two hours or more.

I got a ticket for 'not pulling ticket from machine and displaying it' even though I have Asda's receipt of purchasing goods.

I do think it's unfair.

You have contravened your terms of parking in Asda's carpark in such a way that it could not be determined how long you had parked there.
