Do Nano scratch remover cloths work?

I read about scratch removing Nano cloths, do they really work?

Reviews suggest that these Nano cloths will only work on really light scratches or marks. It's worth a try, but you'll probably see much better results with a proper scratch remover compound polish from companies such as Autoglym and Meguiar's.
