C-max v S-max

We are looking for a Ford seven-seater. Should we go for the C-Max or S-Max? And which model?

Depends how big the seven of you are. The Grand C-Max has a narrower centre seat and less rearmost seat legroom, but is more compact and easier to park than an S-Max. The choice between petrol and diesel depends on your annual mileage. More than 15k, go for diesel. Less, go for petrol, such as the 1.6 or 2.0 litre Ecoboost engines. Both cars tested:
