What is a reasonable price for a service plan?

I've recently bought a thee-year-old Mazda CX5 SE-L diesel auto with 18,000 miles on the clock. I do about 8,000 miles annually. My local Mazda garage has quoted me £33 per month for a three-year service plan including MoT. Is this a reasonable charge?

What does the service plan include? For £33 a month (£396 a year) I'd expect an oil and filter change, along with a fuel filter replacement and a full mechanical inspection every 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first).
