Can you recommend any paint treatments or companies that do it?
I was told by my Honda dealer that my Jazz will be made in Japan. It
Now appears that it will be made here. Do I need to be concerned about this, particularly as it could be the first lot they make here?

Yes, UK built Jazz do have to be painted with EC approved water based paint. Winner of a 5th Gear test by Tim Shaw was a £500 professionally applied treatment by www.glareuk.com . There was another called G-Technic Crystal Lacquer, but Google does not deliver a URL. If "your" Jazz has not yet been built, then it will be built in Swindon. Full-scale production started on 7th October. 60 red pilot production cars were built on 30th September. Before that 30 metallic blue and 30 silver. I drove a Swindon built silver one on 30th September, and we found one fault, with a window channel, the
possibility of which is now eliminated from the production process.
