Price fight

I am considering selling my car and decided to look at some websites. I passed over Glass's site because they made a charge. I clicked on one, could not readily see that a charge was made and filled in my details. To my horror I have now received an invoice for £39. How can they account for such an exorbitant amount when Glass's only charges £3.50? I have since looked again at this website and they do mention a price but it is hardly noticeable. Is there anything I can do? I am in my late 70's and, to me, this is a LARGE amount.

That is disgusting, but legal. If the price they gave was wrong you might be able to challenge their service as “not of satisfactory quality: Otherwise, all I can do is forewarn other readers of this nasty leg-lift.
