Flash in the ban
A note in my diary tells me that 2 years ago we had an argument. My point was that anyone caught speeding deserved all they got. You bet me £5 that I would get points on my licence for speeding within 24 months. You were right. On my first visit to North Wales for 25 years my licence has been endorsed 3 points for 34mph in a 30 mph area. Where would you like me to send the £5?
