Excess baggage?

Can I disable the passenger side airbag of my Hyundai Coupe? I am under 5ft and have heard it’s dangerous, even fatal if they go off.

Wrong information. More likely to save your life than harm you in any way. Should only ever be switched off when using a rear facing baby seat or rear facing child seat in the passenger seat. Though obviously it makes sense to sit as far back from the airbag as you comfortably can.
