Less is less

May I please seek your views on the Mercedes CLK320 auto? I have just seen a 2001 model on sale at £4,995. There are 91,000 miles on the clock and it has full MB service history and one owner from new. It's seems to my untrained eye that it has been looked after. Are there any mechanical pitfalls that I should be wary of?
