What's the best small automatic car?

My Volkswagen Up has been written off. I would like to replace it with a small automatic car that is as much fun to drive and with a similar or better spec. It would be good if I could get a lightweight wheelchair in it as well. My budget is up to about £15000 for a new or up to a 2-year-old car. I drive mainly around town but also do regular long motorway trips as well. Which cars do you recommend please?

I'd be looking for a Kia Picanto. You'll get a new X-Line S model with your budget. It's very well specced, comes with a seven-year warranty and is pretty good to drive. Alternatively, you could look at something a bit bigger. The Ford Fiesta is very good to drive and you can get a nearly-new high-spec ST-Line X or Titanium X model for your budget.
