No - although there are many cars with electronic parking brakes rather than conventional handbrakes, which might make things easier if you can't operate a handbrake on the left.

My wife has arthritis in both hands. She has great difficulty operating the gear levers into reverse and the button on the hand brakes on both our cars. Electric handbrakes probably would solve that problem....
