Hard work

The car feels like it's hard work to drive, the turbo boosts the 1.4 engine but hardly so you would notice. It's not great on petrol but it's hard to tell as the mpg counter changes every time you change speed so if you are stopped at traffic lights it's telling you 99mpg and when you pull away the numbers spin like a fruit machine, what is the point of that? The DAB radio is terrible and goes off when you drive under trees. Not a comfortable drive, it can be bumpy and I still haven't managed to adjust the seat position to a comfortable position without my legs aching and feel like I'm driving a mini bus. Having lots of issues with the electrics with the driver window opening on its own and then it won't go back up straightaway (thankfully it hasn't done this in the rain yet but it was cold along the motorway this morning). The windscreen wipers are possessed and go off randomly with the clock and date joining in with a malfunction on one occasion so far. and the front parking assist only bleeps when you first switch the engine on but not a peep out of it when you are about to hit something. So it's going back to the dealer today. Had this car 4 weeks, wish I hadn't bought it. It's like driving a washing machine compared to my Saab which I miss terribly and had driven for 11 years :(
