Probably the best value for money sports saloon on the market

The Kizashi is one of the best well kept car secrets in the world. For reasons I won't bother boring you with, I know longer own mine, however I loved it when I did.

So what wasn't so great. The top of the dash was made from cheap plastic, which was disappointing, because the rest of the interior was lovely. It didn't have a dab radio, which was strange. The CVT gear box wasn't bad, but wasn't great, and took some getting used to. Finally, the fuel economy was pretty awful.

So why did I love the car so much. It was a gentleman when I wanted it to be, and beast when I wanted some fun. The Kizashi has outstanding looks, and people are always amazed when they realise it is a Suzuki. It wasn't incredibly quick, but quick enough. From mid speeds to high speeds it had an alarming turn of pace. When I gave the gas some stick, it growled and roared. The suspension set up was brilliant, and comfort was top notch. The level of equipment was outstanding, with extras normally only found in very expensive cars. I managed to buy mine new for £14k, which was an incredible bargain for a 4x4 luxury sports saloon specked up to the eyeballs. I didn't have a moments trouble with it when I owned it, although the keyless entry could be a little temperamental. If Suzuki had brought in a manual with a good diesel engine, this car would have taken off big time.

If your thinking of buying one, stop thinking and just do it
