2.2 D 163 Takuya

Quiet, comfortable, no problems what so ever.

Bought new in December 2010, the car has done 19,000 miles so far with no problems at all. Cruises easily at motorway speeds and returns 49 mpg.

Initially the idea of automated wipers and lights took some getting used to. Heated leather seats a godsend in the winter although the 18" wheels and low profile tyres make it a handful in snow if not driven carefully.

The voice recognition bluetooth is slow and not intuitive, it is working but is so cumbersome I gave up trying to program it in English. Probably works great in Japanese, but.........

Other than that, everything works as expected. Others have commented on poor service from Mazda dealers, not something I have experienced.

Now 38,000 miles (April 2012) no problems at all and 48.7 mpg overall. I can't fault it.
