Smooth on motorway but be ready for a patter and thumpy ride in the city

I bough this car reading test drive reviews of car experts.
Car looks nice and well built on initial glance and early ride but the opinion changes after riding it for few days.
Unfortunately the car has been a bit disappointment on different levels.
Infotainment looks beautiful but not very effective. Frequent problem with online connection( resetting the system every 2 days as local bmw doesn’t have appointments for at least 6 weeks to look in to it). New idrive is Clumpsy and difficult(sometimes you have to do multiple clicks to find and get what you are looking for) to use unless you have all the time in the world. Get fed up very easily.
climate control is not very effective. It can take up to 15mm for the car to warm up in cold weather.
Sometimes the radiator fan can run for up to 7min post drive for the engine to cool down( never experienced this before) which is very noisy and annoying.
Ride is very firm and bumpy in the city. It can get very uncomfortable in the city.
Audio quality is not pleasant at all for music lovers. Low volume level are almost inaudible.
Front Seats are not well supported, mainly the upper half of the body, can cause frequent upper back pain.
Brake system is poor with frequent squeaky noise on braking which is very annoying and irritating.
