HJ's Z4s test - Lud
Quite a handsome car and evidently very nice to drive.

But I would never buy a car with one of those push-button folding roofs. Guaranteed to embarrass you one fine (or not fine) day; slow, heavy, fussy, space-hungry... ghastly things.

If I fancied a car like that - and I don't really - I would go for a canvas roof and a removable hard-top that could be taken off and left at home. Porsche cabriolets used to come with a beautifully made factory hard top like that.

HJ's Z4s test - bimmer-driver
My boss has been for a test drive of one. The base engine, but with the auto gearbox. Really liked it to sit in, and look at but says it felt much more like a cruiser than his current car, an 07 Z4 2.5Si M-Sport. Reckons it feels more like an SLK now than a Boxster. Maybe BMW trying to attract more women buyers?
