1995 1.9TD XUD9 - Fuel pump leak - pendulum
Hi

I have been running this car on 100% veg oil for many months now. It is well known that veg oil attacks rubber and I've been monitoring the fuel pump for any signs of leaks fairly regularly. I have now noticed that there's a small leak which is obviously only going to get worse.

I presume the rubber seals on the fuel pump are on the way out.

Does anyone know a good diesel specialist (preferably in Essex area) that can replace the seals? The fuel pump is the Bosche unit fitted to these engines.

How much is it likely to cost?

Red arrow is where the drip forms - cannot see well enough to see where the leak is coming from exactly.

It drips 3 or 4 times a minute from the place marked by the arrow.
