Seat comfort in a small car?

My wife has a bad back. She finds her 2001 Fiat Punto very comfortable but it's running on borrowed time and needs replacing. What small cars do you suggest she should look at?

A Fiat 500 has excellent front seats with long squabs that are tilt adjustable. The best in any small car.
