Missing spare key and wheel locking nut

I recently bought a car at a small independent dealership. The dealer only had one key for my new car so I decided to contact the previous owner. The previous owner said he had left two keys with the dealer and that the alloy wheel locking nuts were left in the car too (also missing).

If the dealer has the second key and the locking wheel nuts, why haven’t they passed them on to me? I'm a bit worried now as someone else has the keys to both the car and the wheels. What can I do?

Return the car to the dealer on the grounds that someone else has the locking nut for the wheels and the spare key for the car and can steal it at any time. It is therefore "not of satisfactory quality" and you want either the locking nut and the spare key or your money back.

You have the evidence of the testimony of the former owner that the locking nut and spare key were p/x'd with the car.
