Call Mazda First - a front for credit hire business?

I own a Mazda, and my local dealer has given me a leaflet on “Call Mazda First", asking me to contact them in the event of an accident, before calling my insurance. Is this service just a front to get me into a credit hire car, or would you advise that I do actually contact them in the event of an accident?

The idea is that your car gets repaired to a standard at which a Mazda dealer could retail it. But nothing is for nothing and whoever is offering this service wants to make money out of it somehow, probably via credit hire cars.
