Low mileage Yaris - buy?

I'm looking to buy a cheap runaround as a second car and have come across a 2001 Yaris for £2,250. It has only done 20,000 miles, one one owner from new, full service history - basically everything you look for. My only hesitation is that 20,000 miles might actually be too low for a car of that age? Anything in particular I should look out for?

My mother's is about that sort of mileage and, despite my normal recommendations, her Yaris still runs almost like new. So I think this car will be okay. I only questioned the price, but looked it up and found that because Yaris are so good they sell for big money even at 12 years old.
