How can I prove I passed my motorcycle test in 1951?

The DVLA states it has no record of my having passed my motorcycle licence in 1951. Can you help as I do not wish to retake at my age (79)? I have a full car licence.

Unfortunately, unless you can prove it (with an old red licence booklet) the only way is to undergo Compulsory Basic Training and retake the test.
