Starting problem with Saab 9-3

I have a starting issues with my Saab 9-3. Glow plugs, injectors and ECT valve have been changed, and a new battery fitted, but still fails to start when cold. Once hot, starts OK.

Did you use a diagnostic check to identify the problem before you changed the glow plugs etc. and if so what fault code/s came up?
If you didn't use a diagnostic then would suggest that you do as a next step.
Other than that you should check all air/ vacuum pipes to see if they are all okay, then the fuel lines/ filters.

Other than that the other areas that could be at fault are.
FP (fuel pump)
FRP (fuel rail pressure sensor)
EGR (solenoid)
EGR valve mechanical
ECU programming.

As you can see it could be a number of things hence the diagnostic check in the first instance.
