Which used MPV for a baby?

I don't like estates and 4.5m standard cars because they are difficult to maneuver in the big cities and I'm going to be a parent for the first time so I need a MPV, because that can take a standard pram ( 76x60x44 cm ), and I have been browsing around the net in search of a good MPV.

I have shortlisted four cars but I can't make up my mind and I need your advise. The four cars are Toyota Yaris Verso, Mazda 2 ( 2003 - 2007 ), Nissan Note and Renault Modus. I'm quite confident that the Toyota Yaris Verso can swallow a pram easy, but I don't know if the other ones can, do you know if they can?

My second question is about the Renault Modus , it looks like the perfect car if it can take a pram but what about the reliability, I have heard nightmare stories about Renault and that they are expensive to mend and maintenance, but isn't Renault Modus and the Nissan Note the same car , and are there Nissan engines in the Renault Modus? Does it have a better record than the other Renault cars?

I think the Yaris Verso will work best with all the seats folded because it has the lowest floor.

2nd, probably the old Mazda 2. A Ford Fusion was actually pretty much the same thing.

Yes, the Modus and Note are both on the Clio floorpan and the 1.5 diesel engines are the same.

But the Note has different, Nissan, chain cam petrol engines.

Obviously if all the seats are folded to take the pram the baby will have to travel in a front seat so the passenger airbag will have to be de-activated.

Sensible, practical little car with good features like 'Triptic' rear seat and some diesel engines under 121g/km. Plenty of character too.
