Peugeot 308 SW 1.6 Estate - should high mileage worry me?

Like the look of this car diesel in my local dealer, but it's done 140,000, I have been offered a cam belt change and a 6 months warrenty. The car is priced at £4490. I have little knowledge of cars, should I be worried?

Presumably it's the 1.6HDI. This engine has had some issues, such as turbo failure, DMF failure and DPF failure. If all have been replaced recently with bills to show this, plus the timing belt is replaced then okay. If not you could be in for £4,490 worth of bills on top of the price of the car.
