Faulty new car

I bought new a 2011 Kia Carens diesel three weeks ago. In the first week I couldn’t get fifth gear so the garage dropped the gear box to correct . Two or three weeks later the problem returned with 1st and 3rd gear, and vehicle vibrates badly, is uncomfortable to sit in for more than a couple of miles. It’s back in the garage.

What are my rights? This car cost £16,000 and I dont feel I should have to accept this new car with these faults.
